1. Aceptación de los términos
Al acceder o utilizar la aplicación Lantern (en adelante "la Aplicación"), usted acepta quedar vinculado por los términos de este Acuerdo de Licencia de Usuario Final ("EULA"). Si no está de acuerdo con estos términos, no utilice la Aplicación.
2. Licencia de uso
Lantern le otorga una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, no transferible y revocable para usar la Aplicación únicamente con fines operativos internos de su organización. Esta licencia no le permite sublicenciar, vender, revender, transferir, ceder ni explotar comercialmente la Aplicación de ninguna otra forma.
3. Restricciones de uso
Queda estrictamente prohibido: • Copiar, modificar o crear obras derivadas de la Aplicación. • Realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desensamblar la Aplicación. • Usar la Aplicación para fines ilegales o no autorizados. • Intentar obtener acceso no autorizado a los sistemas o servidores de Lantern. • Interferir con el funcionamiento de la Aplicación o sus servidores.
4. Credenciales de acceso
Usted es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso (usuario y contraseña). Notifique de inmediato a Lantern si sospecha que sus credenciales han sido comprometidas. Lantern no será responsable de ningún daño derivado del uso no autorizado de su cuenta.
5. Propiedad intelectual
La Aplicación y todo su contenido, características y funcionalidades son propiedad de Lantern y están protegidos por leyes de derechos de autor, marcas registradas y otras leyes de propiedad intelectual. Este EULA no le transfiere ningún derecho de propiedad sobre la Aplicación.
6. Actualizaciones y cambios
Lantern puede lanzar actualizaciones de la Aplicación en cualquier momento. Es posible que algunas actualizaciones sean obligatorias para continuar usando el servicio. Lantern se reserva el derecho de modificar, suspender o discontinuar la Aplicación en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, Lantern no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos, incluyendo pérdida de datos, lucro cesante o interrupción de negocios, que surjan del uso o la incapacidad de usar la Aplicación.
8. Terminación
Este EULA es efectivo hasta que sea terminado. Su derecho a usar la Aplicación cesa automáticamente si incumple cualquier término de este acuerdo. Al terminar, debe dejar de usar la Aplicación y eliminar todas las copias instaladas.
9. Ley aplicable
Este EULA se rige por las leyes vigentes en la jurisdicción donde opera Lantern, sin dar efecto a ninguna disposición sobre conflictos de leyes.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Lantern application (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.
2. License Grant
Lantern grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for your organization's internal operational purposes. This license does not allow you to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
3. Restrictions
You are strictly prohibited from: • Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Application. • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Application. • Using the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes. • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Lantern's systems or servers. • Interfering with the operation of the Application or its servers.
4. Access Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials (username and password). Notify Lantern immediately if you suspect your credentials have been compromised. Lantern shall not be liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
The Application and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Lantern and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights in the Application to you.
6. Updates and Changes
Lantern may release updates to the Application at any time. Some updates may be mandatory to continue using the service. Lantern reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lantern shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use the Application.
8. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your right to use the Application terminates automatically if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and delete all installed copies.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lantern operates, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions.
